Are more people introverts or extroverts?
This is a hard question to answer. There are certain situations in which a person can be introvert or extrovert. He or she may be introvert but it doesn't mean he or she can't be extrovert. Like me, I am bend to being introvert and I feel more comfortable when I'm with one and two persons around. I feel awkward when I am in a certain event and there are many persons around. Therefore, you might be correct when you tell me my level of introvertness is high.

extrovert means- a person concerned more with practical realities than with inner thoughts and feelings . introvert means- a person who tends to shrink from social contacts a…nd to become preoccupied with their own thoughts
Assuming you mean 'definition of introvert versus extrovert personality'; It is popularly believed that an introverted person could be any or all of the following; shy, not ou…tgoing, quiet, solitary, inexplorative; while an extroverted person is the opposite; outgoing, chatty, loud, social etc. This has largely entered popular culture through mistaken interpretations of Carl Jung's personality theories. He did not mean these terms the same way people use them now. To him, an introvert was someone who focused their thoughts inwardly and an extrovert focused their thoughts outwardly on things and people. Even today, psychologists don't use the terms the same way as "pop-psych" writings do. Psychologists today see extroversion and introversion as two extreme ends of a scale with a lot of middle ground called "ambiversion." Most people are ambiverts. Sometimes they want to be alone and sometimes they want to be with people. The extremes (introverts/extroverts) are a minority of the population.
extrovert . An introvert can at times be very outgoing and sociable. But only in small doses because this type of behavior exhausts an introvert. The ratio is this: 2 hours… of alone time for every hour of social time. Introverts can do everything an extrovert can do, just differently and with different needs in order to be happy.
It's not known. What kind of question is this? I mean if you knew him you might know...but still....
Usually some experience in their life changes it, usually something at school in my opinion (like bullying) but not always could besomething at home as well. And as people get… older and more mature they can just become more self conscious of their actions. Or some people just end up being calmer and more introverted as they get older.
Genes and life experiences. Some people just naturally feel more comfortable around other people and others don't. Traumatizing or just general life experiences can cause a pe…rson to be more introverted than extroverted and visa versa. What you have to remember here is a human will act the way that gives them the most reward (brain chemically speaking). This means simply we do what makes us happy reflexively and the rest is learned. Brains of introverts and extroverts are physically different in that the way each responds to stimuli excites their neurons differently with the resulting release or not of brain chemicals like serotonin (A neurotransmitter found principally in the brain that is considered essential for relaxation, sleep and concentration: read feel good chemical) or cortisol (an important hormone secreted in the brain during stress that can raise blood pressure and even cause an inflammatory response disease fighting: read feel bad). Science has learned that the brains of introverts and extroverts are different on a genetic level and that each responds to a given situation differently. This research is going to be useful in studying the long term effects of brain stress hormones and brain feel good chemicals in either PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) or substance abuse because the brain makes actual physical changes in it's neural pathways according to how long the pathways are used. Neurons that fire together wire together. So if you've been a certain way for a long time it IS harder to change yourself.
Why would you want to? Your personality is who you are and there are several advantages of being a introvert rather then a extro.
Socially, a extrovert is considered to be "better" while a introvert is usually mentally superior.
intovert, thats why hes so much more reserved nowadays, now that hesoff drugs
I consider myself more of an extrovert. Extrovert, defined as someone who likes to socialize and surround themselves with people, is more common than introvert dispositions. I… like socializing and conversing with others, but I'm also a bit of an introvert as well. Sometimes I like silence so I can think and reflect on the day or ideas I learned in the past. People can be both introverted and extroverted, but usually, they are one more than the other.
Behavior can be changed gradually. Just try saying a little more, perhaps to just one person, than you normally would. Continue to increase your level of social activity. You …will gradually get used to being more outgoing.
Extroverts group is very confident, lively, and likes socialsituations unlike the introverts who like to talk more and tend totake action with less reflection, work better in …groups.
