I had intercorse in Mid January If your last period was in feb but very light is it possible that I conceived in January and that January was my actually last period if my son was born December 1?

Probably not. I had my first daughter Dec. 4th and she was conceived on Feb. 23rd. I went the right amount of time. She didn't come early or late. For you to have conceived in Jan. and not had your son til Dec. means you were pregnant for almost a year which is not possible. Now, some people do go up to 2 weeks past their due date but, the doctor's will induce you usually before that happens because it can cause problems. You probably just got your dates wrong. Either you miss calculated your period or the conception date, possibly both. Even though you may seem sure of when your period was, the human brain can encode memories wrong but since the memory is so vivid and special to you the date seems absolutely right, even though it may not be. I am a psychology major.

What caused the earthquake in Haiti on January 12 2010?

An earthquake is the result of a sudden release of energy in the Earth's crust that creates seismic waves. The seismic activity of an area refers to the frequency, type and size of earthquakes experienced over a period of time. When the Richter measurement is reported it ranges from very small earth quakes Magnitude 1 right up to the catastrophic magnitude 9, with magnitude 3 or lower earthquakes being mostly imperceptible and magnitude 7 causing serious damage over large areas. Like in this case study with Haiti. The quake will be felt - on some level - for years. Local industries have been set back, and the pall on a country afflicted by natural disasters will remain overhead, discouraging risk-averse investors. Haiti is currently the 17th-largest supplier by volume of products to the US, with exports worth $424 million in 2009, according to the American Apparel and Footwear Association. Interruption in this industry will have a clear, immediate impact on the local economy.

Where was the epicentre and hypocentre of the earthquake in Haiti on January 12 2010?

The earthquake's epicentre (the point on the surface directly above the earthquake rupture zone) was 25 km WSW of the Haitian capital city, Port-Au-Prince. According to the US Geological Survey the exact co-ordinates were 18.457°N, 72.533°W. The hypocentre (the point within the Earth where the rupture actually occurred) was located at a depth of 13 km below the surface. Please see the related links and question.

Which parts of Haiti were affected by the earthquake on January 12 2010?

The following are the worst-affected areas after the earthquake: . Leogane . Port-au-Prince . Petit Gauve . Grand Gauve . Jacmel . Miragoane . St. Marc . Le Cayes You can also check out this link for more information... http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/interactive/2010/jan/13/haiti-earthquake-disaster-map _________ The quake's epicenter was located 16 miles west of the capital, Port-au-Prince with a focus approximately 6.1 miles underground. Because the quake was centered in land and not in the surrounding ocean, the tremors were felt strongly throughout Haiti and the surrounding countries. (The quake was even felt in Tampa, FL, and Caracas, Venezuela.) Within Haiti, cities most affected were Port-au-Prince, Jacmel, Leogane, Carrefour, Petit-Goave, Gressier and Cabaret. Numerous buildings were destroyed, especially in Port-au-Prince, where the National Palace, Port-au-Prince Cathedral, Parliament Building, Port-au-Prince seaport and numerous hospitals were damaged. The damage was especially devastating because Haiti already ranks lowest in the western hemisphere on the Human Development Index (see http://hdrstats.undp.org/en/countries/country_fact_sheets/cty_fs_HTI.html), and has few resources to spare. The quake occurred because of Haiti's location on the intersection of the Caribbean tectonic plate and the North American Plate. The Enriquillo-Plantain Garden fault runs through southern Haiti and has had unreleased tension building in it for 250 years. A good resource is http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eqinthenews/2010/us2010rja6/#summary. It also includes maps (such as this one: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/shakemap/global/shake/2010rja6/) that show the impact across the country.

How old will JESUS be on 25 December 2010?

If the question refers to the Jesus that we think it does, then we probably should stay away from it altogether. But wisdom is one weakness that has so far eluded us, so here we go: The season, date, and year of Jesus' birth are by no means unanimously agreed. Some of the problems include: -- Shepherds don't "watch their flocks by night" in December around the Holy Land. -- There was no particularly unusual visual astronomical event in the year Zero. But there was in the year 6 BCE, right in the part of the sky and in the constellation where the three kings reported seeing it. -- If we're not mistaken, Mary and Joseph were traveling on the Passover pilgrimage, which always coincided closely with Spring in the northern Hemisphere, not Winter. -- The calendar that we're using now, in 2010, has been altered and generally messed with several times in the past 2,000 years. The whole matter is very complex, but if there's one thing of which we can all be absolutely certain, it's this: January 1 of the year 1 was definitely NOT exactly 2,010 years before 1/1 of 2011. In any case, maybe we can dodge the whole issue by pointing out that while the birth- and death-dates of historic figures are often commemorated long after their passing, cultures generally don't continue to count the historic figure's age after his demise. The Christian world continues to commemorate Jesus' birth, as well as his death and whatever closely followed it. But it's pretty well documented that he died around the age of 33 or so, and most organized Christian movements have been satisfied to leave it at that.
