Why did dolly the sheep died?
Dolly the sheep was put down in 2003 at the age of six due to a viral infection which resulted in a lung tumor. Prior to her death, she developed arthritis, possibly as a result of the cloning procedure that created her. It is unknown whether or not she also developed other complications from being cloned that led to her premature death as the autopsy results did not reveal much useful information. She also got lung disease which was progressive.

Dolly was a cloned sheep, and the first mammal to be successfully cloned. She was created at the Roslin Institute in Scotland. The cell from which she was cloned was taken f…rom a six year old ewe. Dolly was born on 5 July 1996, but scientists did not announce her birth until February 22 the following year. The cloning technique used in the creation of Dolly was somatic cell nuclear transfer, in which the nucleus from one of the donor's non-reproductive cells is placed into a de-nucleated embryonic cell and coaxed into developing into a foetus..

Dolly the sheep was cloned in around 2000. She was succesfully cloned After that though cloning was ended. Research topics about dolly the sheep and cloning. Learning is great… and fun
Dolly the Sheep was born on July 5, 1996.
In 1995 a group of scientists at the Roslin Institute in Edinburgh were looking for a way to modify farm animals genetically. Dolly was an economic decision, the farm she was… cloned on was looking for Dolly to carry a human protein in her milk that would help combat diseases.
Dolly the sheep was the world's first cloned mammal, in 1996. Because she was cloned from a mammary gland cell - the cell from the breast of a female sheep, she was named a…fter the singer Dolly Parton (known for her large bosom).
The process of cloning dolly the sheep was started by taking a cell from the mammary gland of Sheep A. The cells nucleus was then removed and placed into an egg cell from Shee…p B. (The egg cell form Sheep B had its nucleus removed). The cell was then implanted into a surrogate mother, Sheep B, and given a jolt of electricity. Dolly was a clone of Sheep A because that is where the DNA was from.
her diet was vegetables and stuff like that you can look it uo on google it'll be more specific Love lil salvy girl:)
